Flexible Acceleration Track

  • Startups can apply anytime during the year,
    with bimonthly reviews and selection ensuring flexibility and adaptability to startup needs.
  • Tailored program, with personalized coaching,
    mentor-ship and resources based on specific startup needs, including access to intensive track events and networking opportunities.
  • Able to participate in the Demo Days and pitch to potential investors and partners.

Intensive Acceleration Roadmap

This track follows a structured, hands-on roadmap that guides startups from idea validation to investment readiness, through expert-led sprints, practical workshops, and targeted support, all leading up to Demo Day

Onboarding Bootcamp
The program begins with a 2-day intensive bootcamp where startups are introduced to the accelerator structure, align on goals, co-design their growth plans, and begin networking with fellow participants and experts.
Business Analysis & Growth Strategy
Startups dive deep into understanding their business model, analyzing their current market position, and developing tailored growth strategies. With the support of mentors, they set clear objectives to guide their progress throughout the program.
Product & Market Optimization
Startups work on refining their product to better meet market needs. This includes improving product-market fit, enhancing the user experience, and identifying monetization strategies that align with their target audience.
Marketing & Sales
This sprint focuses on helping founders build strong marketing and sales strategies. Startups learn to craft compelling messages, position their product effectively, and create processes that lead to customer acquisition and growth.
Investment Readiness & Fundraising
As the program advances, startups are prepared to enter the investment landscape. They perfect their pitch, understand what investors are looking for, and go through real-life simulations to prepare for due diligence and funding conversations.
Financial Planning & Entrepreneurship
In the final sprint, the focus shifts to internal operations. Startups learn to manage their finances, plan for sustainable growth, and lead their teams effectively while building a strong operational foundation.
Demo Readiness & Execution
Startup practice their pitches, finalize all materials, and align as a team around key growth and funding milestones, ensuring they are fully prepared to step confidently on stage.
Demo Day
Everything leads to this moment. In front of a live audience of investors, mentors, and ecosystem players, each startup pitches their business, showcasing their progress and aiming to unlock new opportunities for funding, partnerships, and visibility.

What are we looking for

We are looking for startups at the growth stage that best fulfil the following criteria:  

Product/Service validation:

To have already a product/service (or at least a fully developed MVP) and preferably have achieved some level of product/service validation, indicating that their product/service addresses a real need in the market.

Innovation and differentiation:

To demonstrate potential for innovation and differentiation of its product/service that will set it apart from competitors in the market.

Coachability and learning attitude:

To demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt, be receptive to feedback/guidance, and implement suggestions from coaches, mentors, and advisors

Sustainability and impact:

To commit to sustainability and ethical practices and, preferably, have positive social and/or environmental impact potential

Market potential:

To have identified a viable and scalable market opportunity and have indications of start-up’s unique value proposition and how it addresses the real pain points or needs in the identified target market.

Team and founders:

To have already established at least a small team, consisting of the founder(s) and a handful of key employees or contractors, who are committed to start-up’s growth journey and demonstrate capacity to execute.

Growth and scalability:

To have at least an indicative plan on how the start-up will grow, scale and/or expand beyond its initial target market, and what resources are needed for that.

Customer attraction:

To have demonstrated some customer interest, usage, or engagement with the product/service, showing signs of a growing user base, repeat usage, or positive customer feedback that validates the business model and market need.
